Le changement de chambre car la première était sans balcon ! la deuxième le lendemain avec balcon et vue mer. Un responsable de la réception parle français . L'eau tiède de la salle de bain au meilleurs heures, sinon presque froide à 20h

I landed in a spot that’s right on the beach, with plenty of food options—though most dishes didn’t hit the high note in flavor. The entertainment was dull, but the staff were very helpful and polite. The beach lounge and bathrooms need upkeep; older guests would benefit from plastic mats in the bathtubs to avoid slipping. Water pressure in the room was weak, so more storage would help. On the bright side, the room itself was nice, equipped with a safe, toilet, and kettle, though there was no Wi‑Fi. I still enjoyed my stay and would like to return. The room wasn’t cleaned properly upon arrival, and there was a plumbing issue with the toilet flush. The food was bland despite the variety; the Egyptian dish was the best, but the others fell short. I was upgraded to a bungalow with a lovely location.

Do tohoto hotelu jezdím často. Je to ideální místo pro klid a odpočinek oproti samotné Hurghadě. Skvělý personál. Jídlo v porovnání s jinými hotely "průměr". Bývalo to lepší. Hotel má svou slávu za sebou. Chtělo by to investici

The resort was clean, the staff friendly, and the beach wide with guests from many countries. The beach area was shallow and the resort is aging.

The place, the staff, and the on‑site Club ION were great. More fresh fruit at breakfast would be wonderful, especially since there is usually fruit at lunch and dinner.
