The central location and fairy‑tale décor were lovely, but for the price we were extremely disappointed to find a room that was literally boiling hot, with no air conditioning or even a simple fan, making it impossible to sleep; given the season and the high nightly rate, the minimum comfort of air conditioning should have been included, and the lack of breakfast, TV, or anything to cool down was unacceptable.
