The hospitality and staff attention were great, and guests got a discount on the Lagoa da Panela tour. The food and drinks were good and everything ran smoothly. However, the beach deck lacks a bar and hotel service, which really discourages beach use. It isn’t cheap, and the missing beach facilities limit pool, sauna, spa, and trail/lake trips. The beach‑tennis court was taken down, and there are no bikes for guests even though they’re advertised.
