“For anything other than a view, look elsewhere.”
The views are fabulous, but the pub facilities are lacking.

Everything was great, but the food was a let‑down.

The place was awful, we were asked to stay in the cottage instead of the rooms, we were "sold the dream" it had a kitchen which we could cook in. well there absolutely no kitchen equipment except a broken oven and a microwave, there were no crockery or cutlery, no pans. Every thing was broken and dirty and the WiFi did not work. It was awful, I cant say anything that was positive. I got a lovely, spacious room that fit three people and was clean and nice. The pub vibe made it very noisy, even on the street, so it wouldn’t work for a young family; the noise stopped once the pub closed. I’d have liked breakfast included – I’m not sure if the price covered the room only, which would have been good value for three without breakfast, but a bit high for one without breakfast.

Friendly owner, very clean tidy room, nice location. It's a remote location but we knew that anyway. There are no shops around except for the next village which has another pub and a post office/local shop. We decided to drive in the evening and ended up in Bala, the next town. It’s a bit of an adventure driving there, so we wouldn’t want to do it too many times! Sadly we had booked two nights but had to cut short our trip after one night due to a family issue (all good now).
