The lake and pool were excellent, and they offered kayaks for trips. Everything was very flexible with no restrictions. Nighttime pool showers were great. The hotel isn’t right in town, so I had no idea where it was. If you want something inside the city, this might not be the choice, but taxis charge about 250/300 pesos to the city or you could rent a car.

The peace and the rooms are large. The breakfast included is very limited; for example, if you want cheese on your omelet you have to pay extra.

The room was spacious, the bathroom separate with a shower and toilet, excellent. It had a mini‑fridge and a capsule coffee maker in the room! Success! The balcony had a hammock! Good breakfast. We could use the pool facilities before check‑in time. It was great!

An excellent, warm place with very friendly staff. The food prices at the restaurant were a bit high.

The lagoon tour was very expensive, and we weren’t given everything that was promised; the operator said you didn’t change the information they had already asked you to correct. They need to put caution signs when descending to the lagoon from the dock—stairs and rocks near the shore are extremely slippery, we saw people slip three times without injury, fortunately.
