The central spot was great, especially since my friends were throwing a party there. The rooms felt very basic; I get the Japanese minimalist vibe, but it was like a business hotel with just the bare minimum.

A lovely hotel in a fantastic spot, close to everything. The place was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The only drawback was the thin walls; we could hear the next room leaving at 6 AM and it made a lot of noise. The door and car staff were a real credit to the hotel—friendly, helpful, and always going above and beyond. Overall a great stay.

A great hotel in a lovely part of London. The staff were very friendly, and I even got an upgrade despite the busy check‑in. I was overall very pleased with my stay, though I was surprised to find a 5 % discretionary service charge on my room rate that I hadn’t been told about.
