The room was decent and well maintained. The hotel had no view of the outside – you had to keep your windows and curtains closed to avoid being bombarded with noise and bad smell. There are no restaurants to eat out except the one in the hotel, which is not much to speak of.

The hotel offered a pleasant experience; the reception staff were friendly and helpful right from the start, making check‑in smooth and welcoming. Every other employee remained polite and professional throughout. The location is very convenient, especially close to the airport, but it sits on a busy road, so noise is a factor. Room rates were affordable and provided good value. Breakfast had a decent variety and was tasty, and room‑service food was also flavorful and reasonably priced. The only downside was the mattress, which felt too soft and could use improvement for better comfort. Overall, it was a good stay with friendly service, a convenient spot, and fair pricing, and I would consider returning.

other ataff members were helping to cover up mistakes dine by their caulleges. worst reception staff and duty manager onsite. the other people qere goid but receptionist like Ayesha and duty manager like vijendra are the worst to ever have around for guests support
