Very clean and great location. The room has a router, but the Wi‑Fi is very weak, and the elevator is small.

Spacious, clean, great location, and great staff. Not a deal breaker—some water in the rooms would have been nice. We arrived in September, so it was fine for us, but the air‑con definitely needs an upgrade.

I was close to the Jewish ghetto, which was convenient. Checking in was quick and hassle‑free. The room was roomy, and the bathroom looked really pretty. Everything was well supplied. The host was not very responsive when I needed help urgently.

The place is very pretty, clean, and comfortable, located in a neighborhood near many art attractions and well served by buses. The bathroom is spacious and modern, featuring a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet. The staff were very helpful and kind, highly recommended! I also liked the mini fridge that kept the water cool (the local climate is warm). The elevator is a bit small and dated; since the building is historic, I don’t think much can be done, but otherwise everything was truly great and comfortable.

The Pantheon is an 8‑minute walk away. It’s huge, which is the only positive thing I can mention. The photos look enticing, but this place was not worth the money and will definitely disappoint you. The lift was broken on the first day, so we had to haul our luggage up six flights of stairs. It could break down at any time. The air‑conditioning didn’t work in the room and it was absolutely boiling; we were given two fans, but they didn’t help. The noise from outside in the mornings was loud and woke us up. The pillows were terrible and caused me a neck ache. The staff tried to help, but they were mostly all talk and did nothing to fix the air‑conditioning. There was a strong smell of human urine at the entrance.
