Everything was great; the house made us fall in love with it, it’s super comfy, especially the barbecue area and the pool—designed for enjoyment. I liked everything.
It’s in a very quiet area even though there are many houses around the chalet. This is the second year we’re back. Nothing to complain about.

The stay at this chalet was a nightmare from start to finish. We booked for a few days of rest in Chiclana and found a place in terrible condition with a host that feels like a scam. The safety and condition of the property were awful: the doors were old and poorly maintained, and if you closed them from the inside you could get locked in. We got stuck in the bathroom three times and had to force the door to get out because the situation was distressing. The cleanliness was nonexistent; the house was not ready for guests, with clear hygiene lapses in every room. Lighting was dim, almost non-existent in many areas, making the chalet gloomy and uncomfortable. The worst part was the abusive deposit retention: they kept half of our reservation based on absurd excuses. They charged us for a supposedly broken broomstick we didn’t even know existed, likely already broken. They also charged us for “damages” to the bathroom door, which we had to force open because of their poor maintenance that left us locked in three times. In short, a ruined accommodation, terrible management, and abusive charging policy. I do not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances. If you want peace, stay away.

I’d never stayed in a place with such a high level of cleanliness before. The pool is perfect for kids and was very clean. The interior of the house is spacious and comfortable. The host was very kind. I’ll definitely come back.
Both the house and the outdoors are perfect, with everything needed for a classy stay. Clean and well maintained. The only downside was the cloudy pool water, but the landlord addressed it that same night and the next morning, cleaned it up, and let us stay later than the checkout time so we could use the pool again.
