The experience was bad because there was no wifi as promised, mice were running on the ceiling, and there were no TV channels as promised.

The hotel's water pressure was surprisingly good, considering it's a budget-friendly option. However, the lack of essentials like toiletries and towels was a major letdown. I was expecting a bit more for the price I paid. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the absence of basic amenities left a lot to be desired.

The air conditioning wasn't working in my room, which made for a pretty uncomfortable stay. The showerhead was also broken, and I had to deal with a staff that seemed completely unresponsive to my issues. It's a shame, because the hotel's location is pretty great.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a number of issues with the facilities. The TV didn't work, the heater was barely warm, and the soap dispenser and flushing system were both broken. It's a shame, because I was really looking forward to a comfortable and relaxing stay.
