When we checked in we found out the room wasn’t ready yet, so we had to wait about 30 minutes and the receptionist offered a complimentary drink while we waited in the hotel restaurant; the breakfasts were tasty, the location is great, and it’s close to the metro.

The location is great, I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because it was cheaper to eat outside, but the breakfast cost $30.

The room was spotless, the staff were courteous, and the location was especially good. The only downside was that the windows, both inside and out, could be cleaned better so guests could enjoy the view from the room more fully; otherwise everything else was great!

The place is very well situated. The only drawback is its proximity to a mall, but it’s otherwise very clean and quiet.

The room was comfortable, clean, and the location was excellent for the park, opera, Times Square, and many train stations. The room was a bit smaller than I expected, and when we tried breakfast once it was mediocre, with plastic plates and a crowded dining area.
