The location was good, and even though it sat in a busy alley the room stayed quiet. However, I had to keep asking for bathroom supplies and there was no proper spot to dry wet bath towels.

The breakfast was awful, the location was central but noisy and busy, the room was okay, the hotel clearly needs an upgrade, the bathroom was very substandard, the shower was almost impossible to get into and my sister nearly fell, and overall I didn't like anything about it, would not recommend, and it was very expensive for what it was.

The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast room was one of the most beautiful places I have ever eaten in.

We loved the staff; Tony and Miguele were incredibly welcoming and polite. The breakfast was perfect with lots of options, and the location was right in the middle and perfect for getting around. The only issue was an odd smell in the room—my wife said it was sewage, I thought it was mold—and we couldn't bring food into the room or put anything in the fridge.
