Location. Service. Food. There was a discrepancy between the menu and the preparation. Some of the food was cold.

Everything was great: rooms, pools, spa was fantastic. The restaurant was also up to standard. In the evenings we had guests participate. The staff were young and tried their best. The fact that the parking is far and there were no spaces near the hotel was a problem. The receptionist on duty seemed to think we didn't exist, as if she wasn't working. When we entered, she didn't even greet us, but the one who sent us was wonderful.
