The service was excellent, very accommodating and helpful.

The break is fantastic—I'm totally into it. Nothing else to add.
The location is great.

The place was quiet, but it was super noisy—if you can hear the neighbors snoring as if they’re lying right next to you in bed, I don’t find that acceptable.
The hotel is currently upgrading rooms for better soundproofing, so it’ll be a great spot to relax. You can rent a scooter, book bus transfers, or join a Lan Ha Bay tour, making it a convenient and laid‑back getaway.
