The best thing is its location, right behind the town’s main square. I wasn’t honored the price I had paid; they wanted to cancel my reservation even though they had already charged my card, and they tried to add 800 pesos. I complained and they said I would only pay an extra 500, which I accepted because I had already traveled and didn’t want to waste time with complaints and waiting for a refund of what I had already paid. It really gave me a bad experience, and the staff made me feel guilty, with no apology at all. The hotel also lacks general maintenance; the air conditioning control didn’t work.

The food spots are close by. The air conditioning is super noisy, and the housekeeping in the rooms lacks communication.

Nothing positive. I was never there; in fact, I sent a message, a number was written, and they never responded. We arrived on the scheduled date and had to stay at another hotel.

This is an old‑fashioned hotel. Its décor is very pretty, the rooms have murals decorating the walls. They are high‑ceilinged and very spacious. The whole staff was very attentive. I also liked the cleanliness and that the bathroom and showers worked perfectly. Finally, I appreciated that they have their own parking. The restaurant food was disappointing; the cook is friendly, but the food was very salty and undercooked. I didn’t like the air conditioning either; the units are very old and inefficient. Moreover, the hotel ran out of electricity for more than three hours and the heat was unbearable.
