The area was peaceful and quiet, and the place was clean. However, the AC was useless; even at low settings it blew only a thin stream of air that couldn’t cool the sweltering room, probably due to a gas leak or a malfunction. The mattress felt like a soft oven and sagged; a firmer, cooler model would be better. The fridge shut off when the door was opened, which is a problem because we had medicines that must stay cold. Finally, the room door didn’t close smoothly from the outside – you have to yank it hard and it makes a loud noise.

The staff were friendly, the owner even arranged for an English‑speaking staff member to greet us after seeing our home address on the booking; the room was clean and newly renovated, and the location was convenient yet quiet, just off the motorway.
