I liked the variety of leisure options, but the highway noise was annoying.

The location was gorgeous, the food and drinks were good, and some staff were very helpful, but the overall service was weak and disorganised, the accommodation and common areas had poor logistics, the network and road infrastructure were terrible. I booked through , and at the time of booking I was told breakfast was included. When I tried to use the service I was told there was no breakfast linked to the service I paid for. They explained that when booking via , there is no breakfast included, even if it is listed at purchase. The intermediary is not the hotel owner or operator, but all site information must be communicated by the hotel at contract time with the intermediary. Legally, both the hotel and can be held responsible because the CDC holds the entire supply chain accountable, but pursuing rights is futile because they are inaccessible. Meanwhile, the client is the one who pays for the final service, and the real owners stay untouched, with no concern at all.
The experience was very good, but the room lacked cleaning and towel changes.
