I never even slept there. At check‑in they said they hadn’t received my booking and claimed the hotel was fully booked, even though I showed them the confirmation and booking number. They insisted they didn’t have my reservation because the front‑desk lady made a mistake with the dates. The owner offered to send me to one of their other properties, but when I arrived there was no one to open the door and that place is used as a student accommodation. When I called this morning to ask about my refund, the owner was rude, shouted at me for simply asking when I’d get my money, called me a “fight spirit,” and said he didn’t respect women or customers.

It’s close to the beach and the staff are nice to children, but I had to pay 750 for a small room that had no TV.
