The staff were friendly, though I got the feeling they were just backpacker volunteers. The rooms left a lot to be desired – no real privacy, only a tiny locker for storage, and they used keys instead of a keycode or card. It was a mixed bag.

Every time I stop by between work and Sydney, I’m happy to find the place clean and welcoming. Teagan and the rest of the crew are always friendly, and the reception staff are super helpful. It’s a solid value for the price.

Nothing good to say. The staff stole personal items and the manager even defended them. Trust is impossible here. The dryer barely works, food was taken from the kitchen, and the shower water was weak and inconsistent.
