Parking is free and the subway station is close by, with walking distance to Motomachi and Port Island. The friendly, fishing‑loving owner gives detailed Kobe fishing tips. The place isn’t brand new, but it’s clean and comfortable. The downside is that you have to call the owner for check‑in, check‑out, and when leaving, which feels a bit inconvenient. Still, the owner is kind and never shows a bad mood.

We thank Masaru Matsuoka for his warm welcome. He gave us great advice on the best itinerary for visiting Kobe. The accommodation was clean and cozy. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to try the karaoke.
