The hospitality, the kindness, and the services from manager Avijit made our stay a very good experience; his assistant was also a very friendly lady. The hotel itself could use some maintenance, though it was clean.

Warm welcome. Really close to Amritsar’s tourist centre but on a quiet, clean street. There’s a small outdoor space with a table and chair for fresh air, and you can leave your bags before or after checking in. The only window in the room faces the reception: no natural light and early‑morning noise from the reception and hallway, though it’s quiet at night and silence reigns.

The stay was super comfy and the staff went above and beyond, especially when I got food poisoning; I totally recommend it.

The hotel owner is very nice, helpful, and pleasant; the rooms were clean, air‑conditioned, and had hot water—great value for the price.
