The lounge had a microwave, so I could reheat my own food. The parking lot was poorly managed; even though I had left my keys with the hotel, an unattended car blocked the exit right after checkout, so I couldn’t get my car out immediately. I don’t understand why I was asked to leave my keys.

We booked our stay at the last minute because we had a car and flexible plans for a few days. Grace, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. The location was great, just a 10‑minute walk to the main street for food and easy bus access to the ski slopes. It was our first time skiing, and Grace and her team were super helpful with recommendations and booking advice. We’ll definitely come back.
