“The Worst Shoet Stay”

I’m leaving because the room was infested with roaches, the TV remotes didn’t work, several electrical outlets were dead and I had to keep moving my laptop to find a working one. The lobby coffee and tea station was empty except for creamer and sugar. I heard the front desk staff speak very rudely to a DoorDash driver on Friday evening. The breakfast room door was hard to open; another guest had to help us in, and we ended up helping several other guests. The breakfast juice tasted watered down, and we had to tell staff about it. The only fruit we found were old tangerines with dark brown and black spots. Given all of this, especially the roaches, I’m asking for a full refund.

“No Smoke”

The location was good, but there was mold in the bathroom and the room had a strong cigarette smell.

“Comfortable basics, but severe room maintenance issues.”

The shower pressure and bed were great, and the headboard lighting felt like a nice modern touch. However, the unit had issues: the inner sheet had black spots and lines; the landline was discontinued/not functional; the bathtub had a pre‑existing damaged spot that had turned black; and the walls had heavy scuff marks that needed cleaning.

“My overall stay was decent.”

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciate how they prioritize safety. When you first enter the room, a concentrated smell hits you right at the door, and there were stains on the window curtains.
