The bed was huge and comfortable, and I could choose my own pillow. The room was spacious and very cozy, and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. No issues.

I stayed on the 3rd floor, and because there is a laundry room, a strong mold‑like odor hit me as soon as I stepped out of the elevator. I kept noticing that smell whenever I entered or left the room, so it bothered me throughout my stay, which was a bit disappointing. The lobby had a pleasant scent and the overall impression of the hotel was good, so it was especially jarring that only the 3rd‑floor corridor had this odor. I’m not sure if the laundry room is the cause, but I’d appreciate it if you could check it.

Breakfast was excellent, the hotel staff were courteous and helpful with everything we needed, and the room was very clean. The lounge stays open from after breakfast until the evening—it's great and precise. The only issue was that on the 5th floor near the road, we heard cars on the street during the night.

The reservation desk had a terrible attitude. I had to postpone my arrival and the staff I spoke to first was friendly and asked what date I wanted, promising to note it. About two weeks before my stay I called again to confirm the booking and another desk employee said the change was invalid because the Booking platform didn’t update the system, so they charged me the original room rate. I explained that customers don’t know how the backend works, only that the hotel had promised a delay and confirmed the new date. Now a different person blamed the platform, asked why the hotel didn’t contact Booking to resolve it, and kept saying it wasn’t their fault. This is the first time I’ve encountered a supposedly four‑star hotel with such rude staff. I won’t request a refund or check‑in again; just sharing this experience for others’ reference.
