The place, room, and staff are perfect, but the view and breakfast are lacking.

This hotel is ideal for those looking for peace and relaxation; it’s a great getaway with friendly staff and clean rooms that make the stay enjoyable.
“Stay at Cherrytales”
The food, staff, and location were all very good, but the beds were uncomfortable; we used a winter duvet on the first night and got soaked. The staff tried to fix it, but the next night was the same. I understand staff need breaks, yet their kitchen breaks happened right by the balcony where guests are supposed to relax and enjoy privacy. Gatherings of over ten people at once made the noise so loud that my expat husband thought there was a party. We called reception because the “break” could last up to an hour; the reception staff were understanding and tried to solve it, but the issue persisted until we left. The staff clearly deserve a proper break area, but it should be away from guests.
