The price and that’s about it. The location, the payment policy, the condition of the place. My sister and I booked this room because we were on our way to New Orleans and wanted to stop by and check out some Memphis points of interest. We walked in and he informed me that it was cash only and suggested I use the atm for cash. I informed him I only had a credit card and couldn’t complete the stay. After I left they still attempted to charge my card. As far as the location: it’s terrible, druggies all over the place. We were glad that we were unable to stay due to the cash policy
