Great location near the beach
The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, making for a great overall experience.

We loved heading to Sandy Neck Beach, and the motel’s location was spot‑on for everything we enjoy around here. The beds were too soft and didn’t support my back, leaving it sore for days after two nights, and the coffee creamer seemed expired and curdled in my cup.

Breakfast wasn’t offered and the coffee was subpar, but the rooms were comfortable and clean. There was no proper spot in the room to sit and read, and an extra chair would have helped.

The mattresses were fairly comfortable and the price was one of the better ones on the Cape, and the room was clean. However, no staff were available, many room details were neglected, there was no breakfast and the hotel was far from any restaurants, vending machines didn’t work, the bathroom was tiny, and its door wouldn’t close.

I loved that i had a code to get in my room. There was no pressure to be there by a certain time. The shower had the best water pressure and the beds were super comfortable. There was a keurig which was amazing. There were 2 chairs and a small table outside the door another plus. The t.v. was a good size could see it with my glasses. Was a very good place to stay. The door lock got stuck a couple times but I just re-entered the code and it let us in
