“Boa”
Everything. The towels were a bit dirty.
“Bom, se for somente para passar a noite e seguir viagem”
The hotel's location was spot on, but I walked into a room with a sheet that still had food crumbs on it. I asked for a change and the staff swapped it out right away. The window opens onto an unsecured hallway that leads to the next room, which felt unsafe, and the bar next door was noisy enough that I couldn't tell if it was a fight or just loud chatter.
“Razoável”
I keep returning because the hotel is centrally located and cheap, but this time the bath towel was ragged and practically unusable. It would also be nice if they stocked soap and shampoo in the bathroom.
The spot is right in the middle of everything, which made getting around a breeze. Unfortunately the room had a leak that dripped onto the bed, and the towels and pillows looked worn out; the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
“Ruim”
We quickly realized this place isn’t senior‑friendly – the stairs are a pain to navigate and the bathroom is missing basic fixtures. A bar on the ground floor kept the noise level high, making sleep difficult. After checking in, the receptionist vanished, there were no face towels, the pillows were terrible, and there were no winter blankets either.
