The atmosphere did its job. The place was rather in a communist style, had not been renovated for a long time, but it has its charm. It’s atmospheric, calm, and cool during hot days. The only shortcomings were spider webs in the bathrooms, but the overall climate outweighed those flaws.

The place was filthy, with dust, cobwebs, peeling wallpaper and a high chance of bed bugs; the bed frames even showed what looked like fresh excrement from bed bugs. The room décor felt like a showroom: most furniture was heavily worn. I definitely wouldn't recommend it, not even for free. On top of that, there was a lot of drunk people, loud music, and alcohol was readily available.
