A lovely host ran a charming little farm, and our child adored all the animals, with plenty of space to run around. The modern, clean accommodation and the great breakfast were highlights, though the coffee at breakfast was a minor drawback for an Italian standard.

Everything was perfect: the room was spotless, well-maintained, and spacious. The breakfast was outstanding, with homemade sweets that were delicious. The host’s kindness and availability were incredible, and I’ll definitely return.

Score: 10/10 — Fantastic even for just one night! We stayed at Fattoria Belvedere for a single night and were truly impressed. Despite the brief stay, the experience was complete and relaxing: the property was well cared for, the setting authentic and surrounded by nature. A special thanks to Marzia, whose hospitality was fantastic: welcoming, available, and attentive from check‑in, making us feel comfortable despite the limited time. Even for just one night we could appreciate every detail, from the room’s cleanliness to the genuine breakfast the next morning.

Attention to detail, a fantastic view of the rolling countryside and Bologna, brand‑new, super comfortable rooms, breakfast with artisanal products, and the owner’s loving dedication. Everything was perfect.
