The location, cleanliness and staff service were all excellent, and the breakfast buffet was superb aside from the coffee. Unfortunately, there were mosquitoes in the room, the coffee from the machine tasted bad, the hair dryer was an old, impractical model, and at night the air‑conditioners and fridge produced noticeable noise.

“Fabulous - loved Venice and loved Bella Venezia xxx”

The Bella is a lovely hotel right in the centre of St Marco and Rialto. The breakfast room was lovely, the front desk staff fabulous, and the staff each morning for breakfast were beautiful. The room was beautiful and spacious—very clean, comfortable, and the bathroom was great size! Gondoliers passed the window… It was very warm when we were there, so the air conditioning was perfect! Ice‑cold water with lemon was on the bar at all times for us. The lady at the front to greet us (apologies as I forgot the name) was honestly just lovely, giving us instructions, helping me out with a problem, and attending to anything we needed—thank you so much! Loved this hotel, will come back! The only thing was maybe a magnifier in the bathroom for ladies to do their makeup.

“Estadia muito confortável que aumenta o prazer de conhecer esta fantástica cidade.”

The location is great, the lobby is comfortable and perfect for guests to settle in, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The room size is reasonable, but the showers are very tight.
