The Guesthouse DMZ Stay

A warm host with genuine passion – highly recommended! I rarely meet such a helpful owner. Every conversation shows how much he cares about his guests and wants to give them the best experience. He handled all the DMZ ticket arrangements, so we had nothing to worry about. When it rained heavily, he drove us to the DMZ and later to the station without hesitation. That’s far from ordinary and truly saved our trip. His passion is evident at every moment. Thanks for the fantastic hospitality. We’ll definitely return and can only recommend this place highly.

One of the best guesthouse experiences I’ve ever had, thanks to the owner’s engaging stories and welcoming nature. I’ll definitely return someday just to see him again. The location is great, everything is clean, and breakfast is tasty. I couldn’t stay longer because of my busy schedule.

“DMZ-Waltz into your heart.”

Mr. Yoon is the best host I've ever had on my travels—helpful, friendly, and full of local tips. He’ll even help you plan tours if you want, and if you just want to relax with a beer in the evening, he’s great company. The nature and history around the area are fascinating, and you can spend a lot of time here, especially if you’re tired of big cities. I’d even rate it higher than 10 if I could. The real question isn’t whether you should come, but when. Just make sure the window is closed at night, or it can get very cold.

“Very good”

I spent four nights at Guesthouse DMZ Stay, and each day was unforgettable—I genuinely enjoyed every minute. Paju feels like a small country town with a rich history. I have great memories from my visit and would definitely recommend it. The host was especially welcoming and went above and beyond to enhance the experience. I hope to return someday.
