Privacy and silence (with one exception), decent accessibility, a quiet neighbourhood, and a smoking area in the garden were positives. The room was somewhat small, it stayed warm, a neighbour shouted at his children and played loud religious music one evening, there was no handy socket or small table next to the bed, and the bed was on the short side (I’m 1.75 m). But for the price, everything above is very acceptable.

There was a washing machine and dryer. The mattress was good, though a bit worn through.

The room was cozy and in a convenient spot in London. It was very clean and the bed comfy. Since I needed to work, I liked the large desk and strong Wi‑Fi. The kitchen was tidy and well‑organized, with clear space for each item. The place is close to public transport links and nearby shops. I strongly recommend it.
