Clea, quiet,functional for my need. There 4 days, not one housekeeping visit. No towel changes bed making. Also, there was a weird smell in the mini fridge. It just needs a good cleaning

The bed was comfortable, the location suited our needs and was within walking distance to businesses. The front‑desk lady was polite but didn’t offer great customer service; when I asked for a ground‑floor room she said I had booked upstairs, which was confusing since I had no floor option. In the room we found a dried cleaning rag in a sink and the floor was very dirty; the guest lobby seemed under construction, so I wasn’t sure what was happening there.

I couldn't get breakfast, the TV stopped working, and when I asked the night manager for a credit the next morning he yelled at me, “Don’t talk to me about that.” It was unpleasant and I think that man shouldn’t be on the premises. On the bright side, the daytime staff member was very friendly, but that guy was scary.
