The staff were friendly and the communication was clear, with many initial actions handled online, but it worked out in the end. The room was quite dark, the window faced a shared balcony, but nothing happened. I also couldn’t use the kitchen, which would have been useful for meals.

The location was very good, within walking distance of downtown. The room was pretty spacious, and the bathroom was also large. Everything was super tidy, so we could literally walk barefoot. The hidden gem was Andreas, who cared for the place; his help was invaluable, and the constant contact whenever we needed anything was more than appreciated. Thanks!
