The location was convenient and the building itself was beautiful, yet the staff were just okay, the sheets felt scratchy, hot water came on and off, and the breakfast was terrible—if you could even call it breakfast.

We were told the breakfast had just been upgraded, but for the price of the room, the grab‑and‑go prepackaged options didn’t feel worth it.

The hotel was quiet, my room was comfortable, and Bar Max was good; the location was convenient, but the breakfast was very minimalist and poorly tended, with low restocking of items, and the lobby restroom ran out of paper towels—those little things matter.
