Nothing about this holiday resort was good: the bed sheets appeared to have blood stains, the door lock was broken, and mould was around the sink. The overall cleanliness and condition of the room were very disappointing, making it a very disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness and maintenance.

The surrounding nature was lovely and the food was exceptional, but there were bed bugs.

The staff were very supportive, the location excellent, and the breakfast nice. The bathrooms lack a ventilation system, only a window that opens into the corridor, which was strange.

The staff were friendly, and the room was fine, but the photos were misleading and the hotel looked worse than expected. There was no deck by the water, and the swimming pool was very dirty. We couldn’t get any help from the staff to arrange rafting trips.
