The rooms were wide and bright, but the furnishings felt too bare, there was no dishwasher, only a few towels and small ones, and the outside area was neglected.

The apartment was very spacious, newly furnished and well equipped, ideal for a larger family; we liked having two double beds and a single bed in the bedroom because we have small children who share a bed with us at home and are touchy; the bathroom was large and roomy; the living room with dining area and a nice, well equipped kitchen was big; the garden was large with an older children's playground. Unfortunately, the shower drain leaked badly the evening after arrival, and the next evening it leaked all the way out even with a short shower; I appreciated that I wrote to the owners the second evening and the issue was resolved the next morning; the apartment lacks window screens against insects when there is no air conditioning; parking in front of the guesthouse is on a vacant grassy plot, where a larger car cannot be parked (theoretically there are 5 parking spots), but two days later in the evening we could not park; we found dirty socks and hair ties in the sofa left by previous guests; the garden would benefit from a little care.

The location was calm, and it matched what we had agreed on; however, minor repairs are needed around the house (entry gate, front door, fence).

The apartments were in a quiet part of the village, almost on a cycle path, a short walk to Třeboně; the issue was parking: you park opposite the entrance on a vacant plot, and if a visitor parks too crookedly you cannot park; or if someone has two cars per apartment you cannot park; there are not many spots elsewhere; parking is essentially reserved for a specific apartment, so I deducted points because on the first day I had to keep re-parking.
