The location is incredibly awesome and close to the center, clean, and reasonably priced, with nothing to complain about.

“Won‘t come here again.”
The only thing that makes sense of the 4‑star label is the location. The room, even the superior one, was a letdown: the shower enclosure had visible mold and limescale on the tracks and hinges, which you wouldn't expect at a 4‑star place. Walls were patched with cracks and scuff marks that hadn’t been touched up, paint was chipped, fixtures worn, and the bathroom looked dated. Basic amenities were thin—just one mediocre bottle of water and shampoo that never got restocked, so you had to ask reception every time. The rental bikes were a nightmare; we swapped bikes about 20 times because the brakes didn’t work at all—definitely not a minor squeak, but unsafe. Yet the hotel still charged us full price for the rentals, as if the broken brakes and constant bike changes were our fault. Billing was chaotic too: we were charged for items we never ordered or used and had to fight to get them removed. With unsafe bikes, hidden charges, and having to beg for toiletries, it felt like the hotel was cutting corners and squeezing extra money from guests. For a 4‑star price, the upkeep and honesty on billing just aren’t there. If you only care about location and are ready to double‑check every charge, fight for a working bike, and ask for your own shampoo, it can work as a base—otherwise, look elsewhere.
“Divino todo, pero …… Cambien las almohadas”
The location is excellent, the service and the bathroom are divine 😂, but the pillows and mattress are terrible—it's impossible, I would die if I had to stay two nights.
The spot is cozy and centrally located, the staff are very courteous, and bicycles are available.
