They scratched me a lot, left marks, and I had to go to the hospital; honestly, the worst experience.

One of my favorite spots: waking up to a big window overlooking the ocean, the pools, restaurants, the exclusive setting, a beautiful beach, and wonderful staff—can't wait to return.

The place looks great and the apartment we got was nice and specious. The Hotel facilities ie Pool and Beach are great. We came for overnight there after we saw an advert about the complex and we were interested in buying a unit in the Playa Caracol complex. We are a bad fish in the hotel restaurant while dining, (something that should never happen In such premises ) and we both spent a horrible night without a minute sleep. ( and several days after to recover). During breakfast I went down and asked at the reception what is the checkout time and i was told 11.00 , but they told me we could stay till 3pm. They blocked our key while I had a crisis and the Sheriff in the reception was interrogating me about the permission that I got for 10 minutes when I am in bad shape till I got fed up and told him I would pay additional! Rude and unreliable reception full of excuses and inventions.very dis respectful and honest!

Siempre me encanta que el hotel está frente al mar y sus habitaciones son cómodas y muy limpias. Todo el personal es encantador y muy atentos. Me decepcionó esta vez el desayuno; una de las cosas que más me gusta del hotel había sido el desayuno, pero esta vez no fue tan rico como las otras veces todo estaba frío, ya no existe la estación de salmón, ya no te hacen la omelet en el momento
