The staff refunded me for a pizza and the coffee was great, but one employee handled everything, causing a 15‑minute wait to check in because they were cooking pizza and serving ice cream; the pizza I ordered was under‑cooked, so I had to eat out, and my husband had to set up the cable box and plug in the TV.
