The room was clean and spacious, with a set of towels and a little bath mat; we never saw any staff but they did replace the trash and refill toilet paper from day one. However, there was no visible staff at all, no one greeted us, and the only communication was through the external door intercom; we had to do self‑check‑in and self‑check‑out, and there was no breakfast service, probably because nobody else was staying.
