The hotel is absolutely fantastic. My husband and I stayed there for 15 days after extending our stay four times. The staff were always friendly and smiling. The pool was clean, and because we were on the ground floor we could step straight into it from our terrace. The room was spotless and cleaned daily when needed. Separate towels were provided for the pool, and a free water dispenser offered both cold and hot water. The bed and two pillows were very comfortable, and the shower had perfect pressure with both hot and cold water working well. Employees Sai and Tar were always smiling, professional, and ready to help. We really didn’t want to leave. A 7‑Eleven and Bang Niang Fresh Market were next door, and the walking area around the hotel was lovely. We’ll miss the staff and the relaxing atmosphere. I liked everything.

The staff were genuinely friendly, the housekeeping spotless, and the spacious pool was a highlight; the free cold and hot water dispenser was handy, the surroundings were calm, and my boyfriend and I extended our stay twice because we loved it so much. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows excellent, and the shower had both hot and cold water with easy temperature control. The welcoming card on the bed made me smile, and overall I loved everything.

Central location, huge pool, staff very nice and helpful, great value for money – we’ll definitely return. Everything else was fine.

The accommodation is very beautiful, but the outdoor area isn’t very large.

Soft bed with hot water. 1. No elevator; we were on the 3rd floor. 2. Woke up to a very slippery floor in the bedroom – it felt like the floor was wet or had too much cleaning fluid, making it impossible to walk around with a small child. 3. The refill water bottle required walking outside to press the button; it was labeled “cool” but the water wasn’t cold.
