Facilities were great, the location was perfect, rooms were clean, and the staff were welcoming.

The hotel is close to Shijo Station and offers good transport links, and the staff were polite and made us feel comfortable. The room was cramped and only enough space to sleep; the lounge was available if you wanted to do something else.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and we really valued being able to leave our luggage at the hotel, which made everything easier. I will definitely return!

Quite luxurious for a 'hostel'. The room was really comfortable and great value for the money. Decent facilities too with an easy to use coin laundry and self-cloak room as well as a nice lounge area with a functional kitchenette. The location is quite good too with a short walk to multiple train stations and right in the heart of Kyoto. No view at all from the room - just a frosted glass window
