The staff were very polite and helpful, upgraded us to a suite and brought us a cake for our honeymoon :) The food was decent, they really tried and invested to make sure we had something to eat (vegetarian). But the food just wasn’t good.

We spent 2 nights aboard the Hermes Cruise, a truly fantastic experience from start to finish. We stayed in the presidential suite, which was huge and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The food was top quality, and the team accommodated us perfectly since we both avoided seafood, swapping any fish dish on the set menu for beef or chicken. The highlight was the private meal on deck for my husband’s 40th (extra charge, but worth it). The staff were outstanding, especially Tommy, Quynh, Jack, and Hannah who made our stay extra special. Everything was fantastic, nothing we didn’t like.

It was super nice. The rooms with balconies were spacious, the food was excellent, and the staff were wonderful. The beds were super comfortable with Jacuzzi bathtubs. Nothing.
