“a conveniently located resort with a lovely garden”
I recently stayed at this resort and was pleased to see that new management has taken over and is making continuous improvements. Although our initial room had some damp issues, a quick change to a new room solved the problem - it was spacious, clean, and freshly painted. The garden was a highlight, featuring beautiful lotus ponds, mango trees, and a variety of birds and squirrels, while the large swimming pool offered a peaceful view.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning pond that was a real showstopper. The pool was also a highlight, and the hotel served as a great base for our excursions to Anuradhapura. The staff even arranged a tuktuk for us. Unfortunately, our room was extremely dark, and the staircase to the bedroom on the upper floor was hazardous due to poor lighting.
I had a great experience at this hotel, thanks to its fantastic location and wonderful staff.

I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to the chalet, which offered a beautiful villa and spotless surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, the pool was not well-maintained and had a murky appearance, which was a letdown. Our standard room was unremarkable, making the hotel feel overpriced. To make matters worse, our tuktuk was moved without our consent by the staff, resulting in technical issues when we were checking out.
