The bed was super comfy, the hot tub and spa were great, and the views were amazing.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay, and their excellent customer service really stood out and made us feel valued as guests; a big thank you to the front desk team for their kindness and professionalism. The room was not well‑maintained: the chairs were covered in stains, the bed was uncomfortable, and the overall condition of the room was poor; it felt dirty and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness and comfort.

We were woken by construction right below our room, and we had not been informed about it beforehand by the hotel; throughout our stay we received no apology or explanation from management, and given the price paid for this stay I find the situation particularly disrespectful to guests and completely contrary to the level of professionalism one is entitled to expect from a hotel of this category; this experience is unacceptable and greatly diminished the quality of our stay.
