There were only three rooms, so it was quiet. The pub served good food and good ales, and there was adequate free parking. Staff – especially Fiona – were very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfy. However, the walls are thin, so you might have a noisy neighbour, and smoking outside penetrates the room.

The room was clean and tidy, although the kettle element was pretty furred up. The mattress was uncomfortable, a bit thin, and you could feel the slats.

Helpful responsive staff. Good location for walking the coast path. Only cold food available (pub closed) - but this was mentioned . (The cold breakfast and packed lunch were fine). The ensuite fan was broken, so the room became very humid

It was clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent. It was a shame the pub wasn’t open on Sunday evening but totally understandable. If we had stayed during the heatwave a fan would have been essential
