The water pressure was good, nothing else. The room I received didn’t match the description I booked; the photos on the platform were for a different room. My room had no window and a strong old cigarette smell. For the same price or a few extra euros I could have gotten a better room. The staff were unresponsive; the phone line hung up after 30‑40 minutes of waiting. The receptionist wouldn’t help, only said to call if I didn’t like the room. Many other issues, including the towels showing extreme wear.
