We spent four nights in a room that was very comfortable and spotless, with high‑quality décor and finishes; the reception staff were friendly and helpful, the spot was excellent, and it offered great value for money.

The place had a great location, a tasty breakfast, and the staff were helpful, but my nan had trouble with the stairs to the townhouses; we had filtered for hotels with lofts expecting a lift, yet the room we stayed in wasn’t lift‑accessible, so an 89‑year‑old woman with a walker wouldn’t have booked it if she’d known there were stairs.

We enjoyed our stay, the beds and room were very good, the breakfast was a thumbs‑up, and the reserved parking spot was quite close; however, the hotel sits off a main street so unloading luggage is on the street, and because it’s split into two buildings there are many stairs, doors, and different levels, making it unsuitable for anyone carrying a lot or with limited mobility.
